Honest about live data
Sportradar / Opta charge $10K+/month for sub-second feeds and they earn it. We're not them. Our live data during the WC 2026 tournament will lag the actual broadcast by approximately 5 minutes in the median case, more during peak load.
If you're building a sportsbook or a live-betting app, we are the wrong vendor. If you're building a fantasy game, prediction tracker, post-match recap widget, blog template, or anything where 5 minutes is acceptable — we're a great fit at 1/300th the cost.
Our live source is Wikipedia (which the FIFA archive cross-references) plus manual operator overrides for accuracy. Documented in our live-data philosophy post.
FAQ
Is the data accurate?
Sources: FIFA's official archive, RSSSF, English Wikipedia, team-federation archives. Curated by hand, cross-checked. Bug reports get acknowledged within 48 hours.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes — that's why we have paid tiers. Free tier is for non-commercial / hobby use. Hobby+ tiers cover commercial use up to your stated request volume.
What happens after the tournament?
Historical data stays available on every tier. Live endpoints stay configured for the next tournament cycle. Pricing may shift if usage drops below sustainable levels (we'll give 30 days notice).
Do you offer enterprise?
Not formally. If you need higher volumes, dedicated SLA, or custom data feeds, email support@zafronix.com and we'll talk.
Is my key the same across siono.app?
No. siono.app uses an internal service-account key. Customer keys (yours) are issued via /signup and unrelated to siono account auth.
